Most customers pay in stages as the work progresses, on our standard payment terms. If you would rather spread it over twelve or twenty-four months, we also offer 0% APR finance through Ideal4Finance.

Your exact stage payments are set out in full in your written quote, so you have the figures in front of you before you commit to anything.
Average lead time from quote acceptance to installation is around twelve weeks. Aluminium gates can complete faster, hand-forged wrought iron with intricate detailing sometimes longer. We give you a clear date at the point of quote and we stick to it.

Once approved, the 50% finance deposit goes in and we start building. Your monthly payments cover the remaining balance, starting once the gate is installed.

Week 0
Instant quote or site visit
Use the instant quote calculator for a starting price, or have us out for a free measure-up. We agree the design, materials, automation and access control.

Week 1
Fixed quote and acceptance
We send a fixed quote in writing, with the payment terms set out in full. On acceptance your slot in the workshop is reserved and the materials go on order.

Weeks 2-3
Design sign-off
We finalise drawings, RAL colours, hardware finishes, intercom or fob choices. Nothing is fabricated until you have signed off the design.

Weeks 4-10
Fabrication in the workshop
Steel, aluminium or composite is cut, welded, ground, galvanised and finished in our Leeds workshop. Nothing further is payable at this stage.

Week 11
Phase one on site
Our engineers dig and pour the foundations, set the posts or running track, and run the cabling for the automation and access control. With the first fix complete, the phase one stage is invoiced.

Week 12
Completion and handover
The gate is hung, the automation and access control are wired and commissioned, and everything is tested. We sign the install off and hand over the certification. The balance is payable on completion.
