Aluminium has two real advantages over steel. It does not rust, so an exposed or coastal site is not a problem, and it is much lighter, which means a wide gate puts far less strain on the automation and the posts carrying it.
It also suits a particular look. Horizontal slats, louvres and flat panels in a single powder-coated colour sit well against render, glass and contemporary brickwork in a way that traditional ironwork does not.
We powder-coat to any RAL colour, so the gate can match window frames, a front door or cladding. As with everything we make, the gate is drawn for your opening after we have measured it, then made and fitted by our own team.
